Rola Farouk Ahmed Khalil is a seasoned marketing leader with over two decades of experience spanning multinational corporations, NGOs, advertising agencies, academia, and consultancy. She holds a BA in Integrated Marketing Communication from the American University in Cairo and an MBA in Marketing. Rola began her career at leading agencies such as Tarek Nour Advertising and InterMark, managing high-profile accounts and building a strong foundation in brand communications. She went on to direct Integrated Marketing Communications, branding, and CSR strategies for major organizations including Ismailia Frozen Foods, Damas Egypt, Gulf Insurance Group, Commercial International Life (now AXA), and Boulevard Real Estate. In parallel, she has shared her expertise as a part-time Professor of Integrated Marketing Communications at the British University in Cairo, mentoring future communication professionals. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, brand development, digital and social media, and corporate partnerships. Beyond the corporate sphere, Rola has been deeply engaged in community initiatives, leading numerous CSR and nonprofit projects — most notably with the Share a Smile Foundation — where she combined creativity with purpose to deliver meaningful social impact. Recognized for her leadership and vision, she continues to shape marketing landscapes while championing business excellence alongside social responsibility.
