Our Story
When Dr. Hala held her newborn daughter, Jamila, for the first time, she knew her life had changed forever. But she never imagined that this moment would also shape the future of mental healthcare in Egypt.
Born in the United States, Jamila was diagnosed with Down syndrome—a reality that came with challenges, but also a profound purpose. As a mother, Dr. Hala sought out the best care possible, determined to give her daughter every opportunity to thrive. Among the many treatments Jamila received, one stood out: Brain mapping QEEG (Quantitative EEG) and Neurofeedback Therapy.
For the first time, Dr. Hala witnessed how cutting-edge neuroscience could map the brain’s activity and guide it toward better function. She saw tangible improvements—in focus, emotional regulation, sleep, and overall well-being. It was more than therapy; it was hope in action.
And then, she had a vision.
If this care could help her daughter, why couldn’t it help millions of others? Why should advanced neuroscience remain a privilege for a few, when it had the power to change lives? In that moment, she made a promise—not just to Jamila, but to Egypt.
She would bring QEEG and Neurofeedback Therapy home. Dr. Hala decided she would get doctors to train doctors instead of getting doctors to treat patients in Egypt.

With that commitment, The 360 Clinics was born.
Today, we stand as Egypt’s leading neurotherapy center, providing the same level of advanced, brain-based care that first transformed Jamila’s life. From children with neurodevelopmental challenges to adults seeking peak performance and emotional balance, we use science, innovation, and compassion to help every individual reach their full potential.
Because every brain deserves the chance to thrive
Neurotherapeutics at The 360 Clinics
The 360 Clinics for Brain and Mental Health offers various solutions and programs to reach the peak of mental performance for senior executives. This includes achieving peak performance to maintain sharp athletic skills, enhancing memory and concentration abilities, and treating most learning disabilities, such as hyperactivity and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It also treats psychological and neurological disorders, sleep disorders, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), bipolar personality disorder, and borderline personality disorder to limit the progression of the disease. It also includes Alzheimer’s disease or dementia and revitalizes the affected part of the brain.
Our journey begins with comprehensive assessments designed to uncover the neurological root of your symptoms or performance concerns. Using state-of-the-art neurotechnology, we collect accurate, objective data to inform a customized care plan.
1. Evoke QEEG (Quantitative EEG) – Full Brain Mapping
A detailed, 19-channel analysis of your brainwave activity that provides a full map of your brain’s function. This comprehensive assessment reveals patterns associated with emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning—ideal for complex or unresolved concerns.
2. Single-Channel EEG – Targeted Brain Region Scan
This focused assessment evaluates three specific brain regions to investigate identified symptoms or concerns. It’s ideal when you can pinpoint the area of difficulty (e.g., attention, memory, mood regulation).
3. Peak Performance Stress Evaluation
A powerful tool to measure how stress affects your nervous system. Using a single brain electrode along with biofeedback tools (heart rate variability, muscle tension, skin temperature), this evaluation maps the brain-body connection and how you react to and recover from stress.
Once we’ve assessed your neurological baseline, we build a customized protocol based on your unique needs and goals. Our primary modality is neurofeedback, supported by additional biofeedback and cognitive training techniques.
What Is Neurotherapy?
Neurotherapy is at the core of our clinical approach. It involves non-invasive cognitive training techniques that help reshape the brain’s activity through real-time feedback and repeated practice. It strengthens neural pathways, enhances performance, and addresses dysfunctions by tapping into neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to rewire and adapt.
Definition
Neurofeedback is a specific form of neurotherapy that uses real-time brain activity data (via QEEG) to train your brain to self-regulate. By providing visual or auditory feedback when your brainwaves move toward desired patterns, the brain learns to function more optimally over time.
How It Works
- Brainwave activity is measured during sessions
- You receive live feedback through computer-generated sounds, visuals, or games
- The brain is positively reinforced when it shifts toward healthier patterns
- With repetition, the brain “learns” and begins to make these changes independently
Applications
Neurofeedback is used to treat or improve:
- ADHD & attention difficulties
- Anxiety & depression
- Sleep disorders & insomnia
- Memory & focus
- Mood regulation
- Emotional resilience
- Peak cognitive & athletic performance
- Trauma recovery
- Stress management
- And more
Outcome
By working directly with the brain’s electrical activity, neurofeedback triggers long-term improvements in brain regulation. This leads to noticeable, lasting behavioral changes—without medication. The outcome relies on the brain’s ability to adapt and form new pathways through neuroplasticity.
At 360 Clinics, we enhance traditional neurofeedback with an innovative robocall-based neurofeedback system—a unique model built on the principles of operant conditioning.
How It Works:
- Personalized Goals:
After your QEEG assessment, we define clear, individualized goals (e.g., improving focus, reducing anxiety, or enhancing sleep). - Behavior-Triggered Engagement:
You receive a robocall or notification prompting you to complete a small action aligned with your goal (like breathing exercises, reflection, or mindful behavior). - Reward-Based Activation:
Only after completing this goal, you’re granted access to a short neurofeedback video or session—reinforcing that behavior neurologically through real-time brain training. - Operant Conditioning Mechanism:
This process uses positive reinforcement to encourage new, goal-supportive behaviors. The brain is rewarded for performing in alignment with your desired outcome, which helps lock in the changes over time.
Why It Works:
This method merges habit formation, accountability, and cutting-edge neurotechnology. You’re not passively receiving treatment—you’re actively rewiring your brain through intentional, goal-driven participation. It’s structured, measurable, and built for lasting impact.
The 360 clinics are certified by Biofeedback Institute of Toronto, the largest ADHD treatment centers in Canada, and by Thought Technology Canada.
Definition
Biofeedback is a mind-body therapy that helps individuals gain conscious control over involuntary bodily functions like heart rate, breathing, and muscle tension.
How It Works
Using sensors, we track physiological signals and provide feedback to help you recognize and change stress-related patterns. Over time, you learn to regulate these systems independently, improving both mental and physical health.
Applications
- Anxiety & stress
- Chronic pain
- Headaches & migraines
- High blood pressure
- Emotional regulation
- Sleep disturbances
- And more
Outcome
With consistent practice, biofeedback empowers you to control internal stress responses and body functions—improving resilience, focus, and well-being.
360 Clinics stands apart for its ability to craft deeply personalized treatment protocols based on accurate brain data. We look beyond symptoms and into the root of the issue—helping you build a plan that’s neurologically precise and human-centered. Whether you’re navigating developmental challenges, enhancing executive function, or working through complex emotional states, our interventions meet you exactly where you are.
360 Clinics the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
At 360 Clinics, our mission goes beyond treating individual mental health conditions—we are committed to contributing meaningfully to the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda. Through our personalized services, regional collaborations, and community-centered campaigns, we actively support several of the SDGs in the following ways:

SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being
This is at the heart of everything we do. 360 Clinics provides integrative, evidence-based mental health care that combines advanced neurotechnology (such as QEEG), counseling, nutrition, psychiatry, ABA therapy, and breathwork. We aim not only to treat but to prevent and detect mental, neurological, and body-brain related issues early on—contributing to improved lifelong health outcomes.

SDG 4: Quality Education
We support inclusive and empathetic education environments by offering school-based consultation, psychoeducation for teachers and parents, and awareness campaigns targeting emotional resilience and psychological literacy. By reducing stigma and improving emotional intelligence in young learners, we help shape a more supportive and adaptive education system.

SDG 5: Gender Equality
Our services are designed to be safe, inclusive, and accessible for individuals of all genders. We address gender-specific mental health needs, including trauma, hormonal impacts on emotional well-being, postpartum concerns, and societal pressures. Our female-led team also contributes to representation and empowerment in mental health leadership.

SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
We support individuals in maintaining or regaining their ability to participate meaningfully in the workforce. By addressing mental health challenges like burnout, anxiety, executive dysfunction, and neurodivergence, we contribute to workplace productivity and reduce absenteeism. We also offer tailored support to caregivers and professionals.

SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
360 Clinics actively works to reduce disparities in access to care. We offer personalized care plans that can be adjusted based on a client’s financial ability and support neurodivergent, aging, and underserved populations. Our inclusive model ensures that every individual receives high-quality, dignified care.

SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions
By addressing trauma, emotional regulation, and psychological resilience, we indirectly contribute to more peaceful and stable communities. We also work with vulnerable groups and advocate for mental health as a fundamental right, reinforcing the role of psychological safety in building strong institutions and cohesive societies.

SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
Collaboration is at our core. We partner with leading clinicians, researchers, universities, and wellness professionals across Egypt and the MENA region to offer the highest standard of care. These partnerships also allow us to feed into ongoing research, refine best practices, and scale our impact regionally and globally.
Egypt’s Ratification of the CRPD:
The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) was established in response to a powerful global call from persons with disabilities demanding the recognition, protection, and fulfillment of their human rights on an equal basis with others.
Adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 13, 2006, the CRPD marked a historic milestone in advancing the rights and development of persons with disabilities. The inclusion of disability issues in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development resulted from multi-stakeholder partnerships among governments, UN agencies, and civil society organizations.
Our Broader Impact
By aligning our operations with the SDGs, 360 Clinics is not only elevating individual well-being but also contributing to broader social and economic development. We are shaping a future where mental health is normalized, evidence-based, and accessible—empowering healthier minds, stronger communities, and a more equitable world.
